Squash Pie
- 2 Tbsp Butter
- 2 Eggs
- 3/4 Tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 Tsp. nutmeg
- 1 Tsp. cocoa
- 3/4 c. mixed sugar (half brown and half white to equal 3/4 c.)
- 1/2 Tsp. salt
- 1/4 Tsp. ginger
- 2 C. squash (Can use buttercup, butternut, hubbard, Lakota, pumpkin,etc.)
- 1 Tsp. vanilla
- Approx. 3/4 C. milk
Mix ingredients together and put into unbaked pie shell and bake at 425 degrees
for 10 min. Then 350 degrees for 30 min.
