Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
Roasted Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1 quart water
  • 2 Tablespoons salt
  • 2 cups pumpkin seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Remove stringy fibers from seeds. Bring water and salt to a boil, and add the seeds to boil for 12 minutes. Drain. Toss seeds in a bowl with oil. Spread evenly on a cookie sheet, and put in the oven for about 30 minutes. Stir every 10 minutes. Cool, and enjoy!
